Refund policy

Return Conditions

  1. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.


Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles
  • Clearance or discounted items (50% or greater)
  • Customized or limited-edition items.


Return Process

  1. Contact our Australian support team at hello@oathgin.com with your order details, reason for return, and supporting photos if necessary.
  2. Await return authorization and instructions.
  3. Return items to:
    Ambleside Distilleries, Hahndorf, South Australia.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Use tracked shipping for added security.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned product.
• A restocking fee of AUD 25 and shipping costs will be deducted.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of approval.
